TNA House Show Results
Pikeville, KY 3/14

1) Motor City Machine Guns defeated Sonjay Dutt & Petey Williams. Dutt and Petey got pops for being the first people out. Good Match. The finish came when Petey tried to throw powder into Shelly's eyes, buit got it kicked in his own. He tried to attack Dutt, who bailed. Petey then got an double-team kick, and MMG got the win

2) Awesome Kong defeated ODB to retain the TNA Knockout Championship. Typical match. ODB got the Awesome Bomb for the three count.

3) LAX defeated the Rock and Rave Infection. Neither team was accompanied by their valets. Pretty good tag match.

4) James Storm was supposed to fight Rhino in a Pikeville Street Fight, but came out on a strecher. He was wheeled out by Jackie Moore and Johnny Devine. He said he fell 20 stories on Sunday. He also ran down Pikeville, calling it "home of the fat chicks". He announced he replacement as... Robert Roode. They fought in the crowd for parts of the match. Rhino gored Roode through the table for the victory.

5) Black Machismo Jay Lethal defeated A.J. Styles to retain the X Division Title. Both men were very popular with the crowd. Lethal was especially popular with kids. Entertaing match, which included Lethal and Styles hugging Earl Hebner a la Austin and Angle in 2001. Lethal reversed a rollup to win the match.

Sonjay Dutt did an interview with Jeremy Borash. I believed this was taped. He stated that the two things he liked to do in Pikeville was to "pack up and get out". Shark Boy then came out. Dutt hugged Shark Boy, who then stunnered Dutt. He also gave a Stunner to a TNA worker who made a bad throw of the bottled water.

6) Kurt Angle defeated Samoa Joe to retain the TNA Heavyweight Title. The crowd was pretty much spilt between the two. A.J. Styles distracted Joe long enough for Angle to hit the Angle Slam for the win.

Afterwards, they had the $20 picture with Angle, and many wrestlers stayed to meet with fans.
