As previously reported, Samoa Joe and TNA are in negotiations on a new contract. It is believed Samoa Joe is either earning $500 or $750 per appearance. Despite Samoa Joe denying rumors he was upset about TNA brining in Sting, Joe was said to be unhappy when he learned what Kevin Nash was earning ($5,000 per appearance) in his last TNA stint. WWE is keeping a keen eye on the current discussions between Joe and TNA. WWE officials believe TNA has breached his current deal, since Joe wasn’t paid for his Impact appearances in vignette form leading to his TNA debut. Remember when WWE creative writer Brian Gewirtz attended a recent Ring of Honor show? According to Dave Meltzer, Gewirtz was asked by Samoa Joe to attend the show to let him know he is willing to leave if he doesn’t get what he wants with TNA. John Laurinaitis is said to be interested in Samoa Joe once again, believing he could be a top level heel in WWE. You can bet that TNA will be doing everything they possibly can to keep him.

There are still ongoing talks with Andrew “Test” Martin and TNA management.

The Diamonds in the Rough vs. B.G. & Kip James is rumored for Final Resolution.

Spike TV is considering older TNA tapes as filler programming and to test ratings in different timeslots.

There is talk of TNA bringing back Shocker to join the new Konnan, Homicide, and Apolo faction.

Joe will stay in TNA, and won't be joining WWE. I think it's fair to say, if Joe went to the WWE then he'd be a watered down version of the Samoa Joe that ROH & TNA fans know, and they would make him lose weight and limit his moves set etc and he'll suck, and get buried.

They still show Classic TNA on TWC over here as well, so for Spike T.V. to start showing some of the old TNA stuff from when they were still based in Nashville, would be pretty cool for new TNA fans, who only started to watch the show when TNA signed their contract with Spike T.V.

They would just psuh joe to the bottom and he would be a jobber. He wouldn't have a good move-set, and they would think he is to big to compete for anything such as a title, unless they do like a ROH thing with him and CM Punk.I see him holding the US or IC title at most for only a couple moths till he has to jobs to someone because of WWE.

It's not hard to understand why Joe is a little pissed especially when he was only being paid $750 per appearance and Kevin Nash is getting so much more.I cannot see Joe going to the wwe as he would end up signing a contract and then end up another one of the many stars that never get's used to his potential,At least in TNA he has a chance of getting to the top.

Joe would be dominate in WWE but he needs to stay with TNA b/c this gives Vince more competition for fans.
