Colored Username

I originally posted this in the *Official Store Help Thread*, but it has been a few days without any reply and the problem has not been adressed.

I am in need of some "support". I recently purchased a colored UN, and I chose the color red. I got the message informing me that the item had been successfully purchased. As you can see, my UN is still in the default white color. What's the delay?
