Matches For Tonight’s Episode Of NWA Power
Last week the NWA aired the first-ever episode of NWA Power, their new weekly studio wrestling show. The show had a throw-back feel to it and was heavily praised by many within the wrestling industry. Tonight on YouTube and Facebook, the NWA will present another show from the tapings held in Atlanta’s GPB Studios.
The lineup for tonight’s episode of NWA Power is as follows:
- NWA Tag Team Championships: The Wild Cards (Royce Isaacs & Thomas Latimer) (c) vs Homicide & Eddie Kingston
- Ken Anderson and Colt Cabana vs. Jordan Kingsley and Sal Rinauro
- Trevor Murdoch vs. Ricky Starks
- NWA Women’s World Champion Allysin Kay vs Ashley Vox
- Aron Stevens in action
Nick Aldis had the following to say recently on the new NWA Podcast:
“I’ll tell you this for free – Punk could negotiate a deal with us and we could do a PPV tomorrow where he keeps half the revenue. We’d do it no questions asked,” Aldis said. “If we said we’ll do all this, we’ll build all this and you come out of retirement because you wanna honor the business like Harley Race…You know, Punk was at Harley’s funeral. Punk paid his respects the same way I did. This is not me trying to cut an angle, I have great respect for Punk… He has the power to do that tomorrow.”
