It’s probably safe to say that Galligan is playing his franchise character Billy Peltzer in the commercial, breaking a classic Mogwai rule when he offers Gizmo (voiced by Howie Mandel, reprising his role from the movies!) a sip of his soda. The commercial also introduces Billy’s daughter (played by Samantha Bartow), who has a mischievous Mogwai pet of her own!
