Yes its just a watered down nwo. Was anyone really surprised by Bully being the leader. What would have made it better was Brooke being the first known leader with Bully for the Hogan holy shit moment. Then later by next payperview or day after Sting shows he s the true leader and finally Hogan knows how it feels to have his life torn apart.
But that's just a thought
It was a really horrible storyline.
