Anderson Silva failed another drug test following UFC 183.

The former middleweight champion tested positive for Oxazepam and Temazepam in a post-fight urine test administered on Jan. 31. Oxazepam is used to relieve anxiety, while Temazepam is an anti-insomnia medication. In addition, “The Spider” again tested positive from drostanolone metabolites . The Nevada Athletic Commission revealed the results of the second failed test on Tuesday.

Previously, Silva tested positive for drostanolone metabolites and androsterone during a pre-fight drug test administered on Jan. 9 ahead of his bout against Nick Diaz. He also submitted a urine sample on Jan. 19, which came back clean. All told, Silva failed two of the three drug tests he submitted in relation to UFC 183, which took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

According to a report from ESPN.com, Silva’s fight-night sample arrived at the lab in Salt Lake City on Feb. 2, and the results were reported to the NAC on Feb. 10.

Silva, who has denied taking performance enhancing drugs, defeated Diaz via unanimous decision in the UFC 183 headliner. It was the Brazilian’s first fight since gruesomely breaking his leg in a loss to Chris Weidman at UFC 168

It's sad because now every win is questionable. Unless this is a massive mistake, then he is a disgrace.

I really think the leg break messed him up and that led to this, but Im sure there will be plenty of people using this to discredit his entire career.

I agree with you that the leg break is probably responsible for him making the decision to take PED's but it still calls into question all of his other wins as there is no way of proving that he didn't do it before.
