Tammy 'Sunny' Sytch could face decades behind bars after pleading no contest to the numerous criminal charges against her.

In March of last year, Sytch crashed her vehicle into another vehicle, resulting in the death of Julian Lasseter. Sytch was the sole occupant of her white 2012 Mercedes sedan. Sytch was charged with one count of DUI Manslaughter, Driving While License Suspended with Death, four counts of DUI with Damage to Person, and two counts of DUI with Damage to Property.

RJ Larizza, Florida State Attorney, filed a sentencing memorandum on September 26, in which they describe Sytch as a "danger to society." The report adds that when law enforcement spoke to Sytch at the hospital, she stated that she was unaware that she had been involved in the crash. Sytch also admitted to drinking vodka before driving, calling it her "go to" but refused to say how much. Vodka was found in her vehicle when searched by law enforcement.

Sytch was unable to stand on her own and had slurred speech and a blood report revealed that she was well over the legal limit to operate a vehicle. The report also details the many legal troubles Sytch has been involved in which has seen the former Sunny run afoul of the law in Connecticut, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

With all the facts of the situation, Larizza said it is the State's belief that the maximum sentence allowable by law is the only sentence appropriate. Sytch originally pled not guilty to the charges against her before changing her plea to no contest. That means that while she will accept any punishment given to her, she does not admit guilt or wrongdoing.

Should Sytch receive the full 26 years, she will be 76 by the time she leaves prison. The ex-WWE star will be sentenced on November 27, at 9 AM.
