They aren't as well-known as its console brethren, but the Nintendo DS versions of Guitar Hero have done pretty well for themselves. Accordingly, it's only natural that Band Hero would be getting a similar treatment. The Guitar Hero spinoff has already been announced for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Wii and Xbox 360. And like those versions, the Nintendo DS game will let you combine lead guitar, bass, drums and vocals while performing songs, with a drum grip peripheral being included as well. Blink-182, Avril Lavigne, The Killers and Fall Out Boy are among the 30 master tracks that have been announced for the title. It will also include a band customization editor.
It is currently slated to be released in November, with the SuperBundle going for $199.99.
