Alistair Overeem Says He Would Wrestle Brock Lesnar In WWE When He Retires From MMA

UFC heavyweight fighter Alistair Overeem was in attendance at this weekend’s UFC Fight Night 84 Q&A in London. During the Q&A press event, Overeem was asked about giving Brock Lesnar a rematch at some point down the road.

“The Brock Lesnar fight?” Overeem asked. “Maybe one day in WWE — when I retire from real fighting.”

The two men met at UFC 141 in 2011, when Overeem knocked Lesnar out at 2:26 in the first round. The event marked Lesnar’s last MMA bout. Overeem is expected to face Andrei Arlovski on at UFC Fight Night 87 in May.
