Becky Lynch's return to WWE NXT may have ended, but The Man is immensely proud of what she did with the gold brand.

Lynch captured the NXT Women's Championship last month, a victory that made her WWE's sixth Women's Grand Slam winner. Lynch's presence on WWE NXT instantly paid off for the show, with her title win earning NXT its highest viewership in three years. Lynch would prove to be a fighting champion, retaining the title eight times during her 42-day reign, including in a violent Extreme Rules match with Tiffany Stratton.

During this week's WWE NXT, Lynch's reign came to an end at the hands of Lyra Valkyrie. In the first all-Irish women's match in WWE, Valkyria won her first championship title with the company after avoiding Lynch's second Manhandle Slam to get the roll-up.

Lynch won't be competing in NXT going forward but is pleased that she helped elevate the status of the women of the gold brand. Taking to Instagram, The Man shared her thoughts on her title reign.

"The NbeXT era has come to an end. I am immensely proud of my run as NXT womens champion. From getting to step in the ring with some of the finest up and comers to open challenges on Raw and being a catalyst for highlighting the wealth of hungry talent we have on our roster. @real_valkyria is the real deal and will be a star for years to come. The future is in good hands."

It's unclear what's next for Lynch on the main roster, but the future will become clearer for Valkyria next week. On Night Two of NXT Halloween Havoc, Kelani Jordan will face Lola Vice in the finals of the 2023 NXT Women's Breakout Tournament. The winner will earn a future NXT Women's Title opportunity.

The Man may be done with NXT, but she's passed the torch to Lyra Valkiria, who is the new queen of WWE's developmental brand.
