There's a new funnyman in Amy Poehler's life.

Since splitting from Will Arnett last September, after nine years of marriage, Poehler, 41, has been single, taking care of sons Archie, 4, and Abel, 2.

Now she's dating comic Nick Kroll, who stars in his own Kroll Show on Comedy Central, a source confirms to PEOPLE.

The couple was seen dining together at Pikey Café and Bar in Los Angeles on March 29, the New York Post reported, and at an April 30 fundraiser Poehler hosted for the Worldwide Orphans Foundation charity.

They have also worked together when Kroll, 34, guest starred on Poehler's Parks and Recreation in the recurring role of "The Douche."

Poehler, who drew praise for her Golden Globe hosting turn with pal Tina Fey, made a solo appearance the White House Correspondents Association dinner last month in Washington, D.C. She continues to stay busy, announcing earlier this week a production company formed with her brother Greg Poehler, called Syskon.

The company will develop a half-hour English-language comedy series for Swedish television, based on her brother's life, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
