Post-production on the Ring of Honor PPV debut "Respect is Earned" has been completed. The PPV will begin airing on 7/1 depending on your PPV carrier. In Demand will carry it starting 7/20. When asked for his feelings on the post-produced show, ROH's Gabe Sapolsky said, "I couldn't be happier with the final PPV product. I feel that it is a great show for new fans. If you've never seen ROH before this is a great place to start. The show was really designed for new fans and to give them an introductory point and I feel that this PPV accomplishes that. Our regular fans know what to expect from us and this will not disappoint them."

Ring of Honor is currently running their answer to the MTV Real World with a series of vignettes on Youtube.com focusing on long suffering Jimmy Jacobs who is trying to romance long-time manager Lacey. The promotion is posting daily video journals of their weekend together (shown below) with Lacey and Jacobs both commenting "MTV Real World Confessional" style about the things that transpire after they were filmed. The idea behind the vignettes is to give Jacobs something to do while he's recovering from his knee surgery and to do something different that ROH hasn't done. They are different for ROH but pretty damn entertaining. After watching these, it's hard not to let Jacobs grow on you and Lacey's reaction to his attempts make me smirk.

ROH is currently running a 20% off sale on all merchandise at www.ROHWrestling.com. If you are reading this, I highly advise you to head over there to pick up the recent released 3/30 All Stra Extravaganze III and 3/31 Supercard of Honor II DVDs from Wrestlemania weekend in Michigan, which feature talents from Dragon Gate in Japan in an awesome six man tag, the best cage match in ROH history and career performances by BJ Whitmer and Jimmy Jacobs, and a lot more top to bottom great wrestling. From an in-ring standpoint, these shows are phenomenal.
