WWC cancelled their May 25-27 tour that was originally schedulled to take place at the Dominican Republic. No word on what took place to cancel the event, but at least in early may the show was still booked.

Apolo was on jail at the Section 656 at Las Cucharas Correctional System at Ponce, Puerto Rico, due to being unable to pay the bond to release him. He was jailed because he was unable to pay $6,500 of $13,669 he was behind in child support. Apolo, whose real name is Germán Manuel Figueroa, 35, visited the judge on May 31 to see if bond is lowered so he could be released and pay what he is behind. In fact, he was released on the evening of May 31 as the $13,669 were paid in full. Word spread that it was WWC that helped in paying some of that amount.

By the way, Apolo lives exclusively on wrestling.

WWC has plans to run a tour in Trinidad, West Indies.
