One of the top matches for the TNA Slammiversary PPV may need to be changed as Scott Steiner, who was scheduled to reunite with his brother Rick to challenge TNA Tag Team champions Team 3D suffered a neck injury over the weekend at the TNA house show in Puerto Rico. The injury is believed to be to Steiner's trachea and he's scheduled to undergo surgery.
While we are still trying to confirm how long he'll be out of the ring, PWInsider.com can confirm Steiner will miss this weekend's scheduled bouts for Hermie Sadler's UWF in Philadelphia and Maryland. The UWF is already working on ideas for a new main event.

It is going to be interesting what team TNA puts in a replacement for the Steiner Bros. Something tells me that they are going to make LAX job to 3D at the PPV, but I would much rather see a team like Shelley & Sabin get that title match.

Well what ever TNA is going to do they need to do it pretty quick. That does kinda suck thou they had a big name tag team on the PPV now they don't.
