Force One Pro Wrestling presented their "Never Surrender" card in front of 289 fans at Hamilton Hall in Egg Harbor City.

The show opened witht the ususal parade of all Force One workers to ringside for the national anthem. After the anthem, both wrestlers and the audience began a Force One Chant.
Ring announcer Phil Varlese welcomed Commissioner Tommy Cairo to the ring, who had two important announcements. The first was that two matches would take place on Saturday evening to determine who would be the finalists for the newly created Force One Iron League Championship, with those two meeting in May at their 1 year anniversary show. The second announcement was made that Force One champion Bad Boy Danny Pagan, due to personal issues, had vacated the belt, and returned to his home in Puerto Rico, and as such, the heavyweight title would not be defended on Saturday evening.

At that point, #1 contender Danny Doring sent his "personal" referee Spanky 123 to the ring to announce that Doring is demanding that since he put former champion Pagan in the hospital at the last show, the heavyweight belt should be placed around his waist. Commissioner Tommy Cairo was about to do just that, when, out to the ring came a returning Breaker Morant.
Breaker got a huge ovation from the crowd, jumped into the ring, and advised Cairo that there SHOULD be a heavyweight championship match that night, but that Doring should face HIM for the title, as Breaker was Force One's original champion, and never lost the belt, but had to relinquish it due to a serious back injury. Cairo didn't have to think long, as he immediately made that match, which would take place later that evening.

The opener saw Judas Young retain his Junior Heavyweight Title over #1 contender "Sure Thing" Ryan Wing in a very back and forth battle.

In the first contenders match for the Force One Iron League championship, The Canadian Shooter Tommy Force (w/Jaden) prevailed over Jason Gotti and Panther. The popular Panther had just finished off Gotti with a Figure 4 leglock, causing him to submit, when he was Pearl Harbored by Force, and pinned him for the victory. Jaden then draped Canadian flags over Gotti and Panther.
Both Patch and the White Lotus fought a very tough battle, and brawled back to the locker room, as the referee counted bouth men out & ruled the match a no-contest.

Millionaire Ted Jr. (without his valet Jennifer Lynn) came to ringside, with his protege, Razor Rivera, who was wearing a neck brace, claiming that he suffered an injury, and would not be able to wrestle his opponent Ryu Lee this evening. Ted said he had a suitable opponent for Lee, a man who had already scored a victory over Ryu in another promotion. The music hit, and out came Johnny Fearless. Lee squeaked out a victory this time over Fearless, only to be attacked by Millionaire Ted Jr, and Razor Rivera, who removed his neck brace to attack Lee. Diego DeMarco and his "sort of" manager Jimmy Clydesdale made the save on Lee.

Ted Jr. returned to the ring, and told Diego that he was still under contract to him, but he would relinquish the contract if Diego could win his next match........against ROCKIN' REBEL! Rebel's music hit, and he immeidiately ingratiated himself with the Egg Harbor City fans by insulting both them, and their town, and almost started a riot by insulting a local motorcycle gang that was attending the show. Diego got the win when Rebel threw a fireball at DeMarco who moved, hitting Millionaire Ted in the face. Rebel went to check on Ted Jr., and was rolled up by DeMarco for the victory. Clydesale climbed under thr ropes into the ring, and grabbed the contract, so it appears that Diego DeMarco is no longer part of the Million Dollar Stable.

After this match, a brief intermission took place with Force One workers coming out & meeting all of the Egg Harbor City fans.

With Ted Jr. carried to the back after suffering burns, the team of High Impact was introduced (along with bodyguard Angel), and took on the newly formed (for one night?) team of Crazii Shea and "The Hybrid" Josh Adams, collectively known as Bass Anarchy. This was a brutal match, with Adams taking most of the beating from High Impact's RV1 and Chiki Cortes. Somehow Adams finally got the tag off to Shea, who took the fight to the other team, and got the win. Lots of high flying in this match.

The second contenders match for the Force One Iron League belt took place, and "HotShot" Mike Reed beat "The Midnight Idol" Nicky Benz on a very tight, hard worked match. Benz was more deliberate and brutal that has been seen since coming to Force One, but Reed scored the victory, and will face Tommy Force for the Iron League championship at Force One's anniversary show in May.

Ring announcer Phil Varlese then took the mic to talk with the fans about the level of performance at the Force One shows, having talent that has already worked with the WWE and TNA, and then introduced the newest Force One signing, former WWE developmental talent Danny Inferno, who immediately got the crowd on their feet with an exciting promo about the talent at Force One, and how he plans on winning the title very soon.

That led to the main event between former Force One Champion Breaker Morant, and former WWE/ECW star Danny Doring. The entire match was a back and forth battle. HOWEVER, the end of the match was the result of Doring reaching into his robe (conveniently left in the corner), and pulling out a set of brass knuckles, and clocking Morant not once or twice, but three times, while referee Spanky 1-2-3's back was turned, finally pinnign him for the victory.

Commissioner Tommy Cairo immediately annouced that Doring would be defending the title at Force One's next show on May 3rd, their first anniversary show called "Pledge of Allegience II - These Colors Don't Run" at Hamilton Hall in Egg Harbor City.

A capacity crowd estimated at 175-200 energetic wrestling fans packed the Christiana, DE Fire Company Hall on Sunday afternoon March 16th, as Funkdafied Wrestling Federation, the Delaware affiliate of National Wrestling Superstars, presented "Getting Funky", and indeed they did, to the delight of the fans.

(1) In a 4-on-2 Handicap Tag-Team Match, the two teams Black 'N Nerdy (Fro Bro & B. Fehrm) and Mikey Pacifica & Crazed defeated Dark Karnival (Jo-Jo & Chio). Dark Karnival came out originally expecting just to face Black' N Nerdy, whom they were hoping to embarasss and erase their upset loss to them two weeks earlier. When they teased Fro Bro & B. Fehrm about being much smaller and that the size advantage would not be fair, FWF Commissioner Gino Moore added Mikey Pacifica & Crazed to the match so that the two teams would be matched pound for pound. The numbers game was too much for Jo-Jo & Chio, and they were pinned after tandem double dropkicks by both opposing teams.

(2) Former WWE star Salvatore Sincere (w/ The Fighting Elvis) won by disqualification over Funky White Boy. Sal & Fighting Elvis came to the ring with Elvis singing "Burning Love". Sal demanded a match at FWF's next event on May 4th with "that phony Elvis", WWE legend The Honky-Tonk Man. Commissioner Moore said Sal needed to earn a match like that, and when Sal said there was no opponent with the guts to face him, Funky White Boy's music hit and he charged the ring and the fight began. After the two battled back & forth for a few minutes, Sal realized he couldn't out-wrestle Funky, and while Elvis distracted the referee, Sal picked up Elvis' guitar and snuck up behind Funky. When Funky turned around and saw Sal with the guitar, Sal tossed the guitar into Funky's hands and lay on the mat pretending to have been hit with it himself. Just then the referee turned around, saw Sal on the mat and the guitar in Funky's hands, and disqualified Funky. Commissioner Moore was forced to grant Sal his match against The Honky-Tonk Man on May 4th.

(3) In a non-title match, NWS NJ Heavyweight Champion Vicious Vin defeated Corey Havoc. Despite Havoc's size advantage, the champion won out & pinned Havoc with a Michinoku Driver.

(4) Kory Kastle defeated Party Boy. This rising star was just too much for Party Boy to handle, and after missing a splash to the corner, Party Boy was pinned with a schoolboy rollup.

(5) J.D. Smooth defeated Nicky Oceans (w/ Miss Michelle) to become the *NEW* FWF Cruiserweight Champion. Oceans claimed that he had already defeated Smooth two weeks ago in Middletown and shouldn't have to face him again, he agreed to do it just to be a sport. It was a decision he would regret. Towards the end of the match, referee Mike Dillon was knocked out after colliding with both wrestlers. Oceans and Miss Michelle attempted to double-team Smooth, but it backfired when the two collided with each other instead, and Smooth rolled up Oceans as Mike Dillon came to and counted 1-2-3. Oceans immediately attacked Smooth with the belt, and ECW original Julio Dinero joined the attack before Funky White Boy & The Patriot chased them away. As Smooth finally was able to celebrate his victory, Commissioner Moore suspended Oceans from FWF for 60 days for the attack and barred him from exercising his rematch clause.

(6) The Gemini Trojans defeated Johnny Maxx & Super Cody (w/ Spanky The Atomic Monkey). The veteran Geminis made short work of Maxx & Cody, pinning them with a suplex-powerbomb combination.

(7) FWF Tag-Team Champions The Hate Breed (Rancid & Arkham) retained their titles against Ruff Ryder & Shatter (w/ Mad Dog). Mad Dog came out with Ruff Ryder, who was heartily boo'ed by the fans after turning on The Hate Breed in Middletown two weeks earlier. Mad Dog claimed that The Hate Breed had broken his foot two weeks ago and was not cleared to wrestle, but his contract allowed him to name a replacement, and out came Shatter. It did not help, as Rancid & Arkham made short work of their opponents, pinning Ryder after a flying clothesline.

(8) FWF Heavyweight Champion (& former WWE & WCW star) "America's Hero" The Patriot retained his title against ECW original Julio Dinero (w/ Miss Michelle). The two veterans battled in and out of the ring, until referee Kenny Edwards got caught in the middle of a collision between the two and was knocked out. Julio grabbed Patriot as Miss Michelle prepared to throw powder in Patriot's face. But Patriot kicked Miss Michelle's hands and the powder flew in her face instead. Patriot then chokeslammed Dinero as the referee awoke and counted 1-2-3 for The Patriot, sending him home still FWF Heavyweight Champion and the fans home happy.

National Wrestling Superstars will return to action this weekend with two big tournaments. Friday, March 21st, NWS will be in Bergenfield, NJ with the 2008 King & Queen Of The Ring Inter-Gender Tag Team Tournament, and then on Saturday March 22nd in Neptune, NJ with the 2008 Women's J-Cup Tournament.

XPW AND NEW AGE RECORDS TEAM UP FOR COLD DAY IN HELL SHOW AND WRESTLER THEME SONGS!

XPW always had fans in the music community. From Korn to Rancid and from Slayer to the Insane Clown Posse, bands were always showing up to XPW events whether it was as fans or to be part of the show.

Now, as XPW prepares for the upcoming one-night-only spectacular Cold Day In Hell, they have formed an alliance with one of the music scene’s premiere punk rock and hardcore labels, New Age Records, including the selection of Five Victim’s Four Grave’s “Keep Moving On” as the show’s official theme song.

"We were stoked to find out yesterday that the guys at XPW chose our song 'Keep Moving On’ for the theme song of the retro spectacular they’re having in May. This is just icing on the cake for us, since we have had the good fortune to provide Luke Hawx his intro music on the WSX show in the past." says Phil M. of Five Victims Four Graves. Guitarist Grant H. said, "I have always been a wrestling fan, so it is just unbelievable that we have been able to be a part of this."

“Music is such an important part of pro wrestling shows, both live and on DVD,” said Big Vision Entertainment CEO Houston Curtis. “We are thrilled that New Age Records will be providing not only our theme song for the spectacular, but also many wrestler’s entrance songs as well.”

“2008 has brought some fantastic bands and music to New Age Records,” says publicity director for New Age Records Colin Duckmanton, "but I could not be more excited to be chosen to be the official music source for XPW's Cold Day in Hell. With the state of professional wrestling today, this XPW show should bring back what has been lacking, a punch in the face! With artists such as Fight Everyone, Five Victims Four Graves, One Choice, Countdown to Life, Today and Everything After and Mean Season, we feel that this partnership will bring some great energy and give our artists a chance to be heard. We will expect to see you all Saturday May 24th as it will be a night of Xtreme action we’re sure we’ll never forget!!!!”

Xtreme Entertainment Group’s Rick Mahr added, “Having New Age Records on board is also allowing us to produce the Cold Day In Hell theme song CD. New Age’s tremendous bands are providing some killer tracks for us and fans will not only get to experience the music live, but take the music with them as well! Just one more reason this night will live on in infamy.”

"We have all been huge supporters of XPW for years" says New Age VP of advertising and promotions Nicholas Lynch, "Many of us remember the Olympic Auditorium shows, Pico Rivera Sports Arena, L.A. Sports Arena and my personal favorite, Patriot Hall!" I think our bands provide the perfect soundtrack to the XPW revolution and we can't wait for Cold Day In Hell.

The XPW Cold Day In Hell theme song, “Keep Moving On,” from Five Victims Four Graves is off their debut EP, Desperation Never Felt So Good out now on New Age Records available on iTunes, NewAgeRecords.com, and RevHQ.com. They will be on a US tour this Spring.
