Default WWE News: Shelton's Mamma, Heidenreich's WWE Status, Lots More

KXLY in Spokane, WA is now Spokane and Coeur d'Alene's home for all of your UPN programming favorites.

AOL's Black Voices section posted a note about Mama Benjamin: Comedienne Thea Vidale has joined World Wrestling Entertainment--not as a grappler, but as the mother of WWE wrestler Shelton Benjamin. On WWE's 'Monday Night RAW' on the USA Network, Benjamin has been on a losing streak, and his "mother" has shown up to help him get on track. "I'm having a good time. I'm just starting out, but I am having a good time and hope to be around for a long time," a very hoarse Vidale told us over the phone. Vidale made her WWE debut on the 1/8 PPV special 'WWE New Year's Revolution' in Albany, N.Y.

WWE.com has added an article noting the "controversy" surrounding this week's Power 25 ranking.

The only thing known about Heidenreich's current status with WWE at this time is that he left last weekend's tour with an ear infection. Animal is scheduled to team up with Matt Hardy on some upcoming SmackDown events. It isn't known if the pairing of Animal and Heidenreich is over with, but there is a chance the company has made a decision to break them up.

Dish Network has the following preview on their system regarding "The Self Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior" that is playing this month: "Sports. This show has some of the Warrior's worst matches, his hilariously weird interviews, and WWE stars who tell what it was like around a crazy person."
