It is great news for brock for the time being as he can now continue to wrestle in Japan without all the worries of a court case.World Wrestling Entertainment has reportedly withdrawn its attempt to prevent Brock Lesnar from wrestling at next week's New Japan Pro Wrestling event, reports WrestlingObserver.com.
After coming to the realization that it would not win the motion to prevent Lesnar from wrestling, WWE reportedly decided to pull out of the hearing.
The lawsuit that will ultimately determine Brock Lesnar's future as a pro wrestler, however, is still ongoing.

I still cannot see him winning the overall fight against the wwe as he did sign that release which stops him working for anyone else for 10 years.
