Konnan Escorted Out of Building!
AAA shot an angle last night in Irapuato on the TV taping where injured President Joaquin Roldan sent word that he was pressing charges against Konnan for assault after giving Roldan many facial injuries at Triplemania on 6/13. The tecnicos then came out and escorted Konnan out of the building in their own way.

Scorpio Jr. & Zumbido Discuss AAA Departure...
Los Guapos Inc. (Scorpio Jr. & Zumbido) finally spoke out about leaving AAA and Scorpio especially spoke his feelings about Decnis & Guapito. Scorp said that Decnis told him two weeks ago that he was definitely leaving and that he was with him but he wanted to go back one more time to thank the AAA bosses for giving him a chance and for letting him go independent but the problem he was he went and never came back thus lying to him. Scorp was really disappointed though with Guapito saying that he was like his brother and that him flip flopping around was a bad move and was angry when he finally decided to go back to AAA. Scorp said that he supported Decnis & Guapito but they paid him back with disappointment, which he should’ve suspected they would do since they are both still young and inexperienced in the business and that they are just too gullible. Scorp said that he hates they are going to still use the Guapos name since they have no authorization to use it because they weren’t original like he, Shocker, the late Bestia Salvaje, or Zumbido who were among the founders.

Scorp talked more about the AAA departure saying that everyone was in agreement to leave because they were like family and that they would stick together but he knew that some of them would fulfill their bookings like Zumbido because his word is his bond. Scorp said that he knows that there are greener pastures ahead especially working big indy shows like in Tijuana this Friday teaming with Marco Corleone & Shocker and that Decnis & Guapito will regret their decision. Scorp closed by saying that he didn’t know who the 3rd Guapo would be now although he would love to hook up with Shocker again full time in EMLL to fight Los Perros del Mal but he knows for now that someone must step in to fill the shoes of Decnis.

Zumbido started out by saying that he is overjoyed to be leaving AAA because they weren’t being used properly and that they basically killed what momentum they had as a unit. Zumbido said that now being independent means that he & Scorp can pick just about wherever they want to go and can make some big money because they along with Shocker are the only true Guapos. Zumbido was then asked about Decnis & Guapito and he said that he really can’t judge them but he said that their word is no good and they aren’t honest. Zumbido said that he & Scorp are now looking for taking any title, mask , or hair they can get and that they will have huge success wherever they go with the fans support. This interview was done on last Friday and it was reported in the latest Luchas 2000 this weekend that Zumbido has come to an agreement with EMLL about a return in the future and will find out this week supposedly when that will be. Scorpio Jr. though hasn’t come to such an agreement yet although that could happen anytime.

Rey Cometa Rips AAA; Wants to Join CMLL?

Rey Cometa stated in an interview with Luchas 2000 that he is hoping to enter EMLL with help from Shocker who he became friends with during their time in AAA as he is looking for work since leaving on bad terms with AAA. Cometa said that the reason why he left AAA was he wasn’t getting paid worth a damn and that there is too much favoritism going on, which is killing the moral of the younger guys not getting the shots they deserve. In the same Luchas 2000 issue they reported that AAA is giving new contracts to wrestlers with bigger guarantees but the salaries are still the same as they was so there isn’t much of a difference.
