Luiz Felipe Scolari insists Chelsea will accept any possible Football Association punishment handed to striker Didier Drogba.

The FA and the police are investigating an incident in Chelsea's Carling Cup defeat to Burnley on Wednesday, in which Drogba appeared to throw a coin into away supporters after gesturing at the crowd.

Ivory Coast forward Drogba has apologised for the episode, which occurred after he opened the scoring at Stamford Bridge, but he is still expected to receive punishment.

And Blues boss Scolari is adamant that he will agree with any reprimand handed out by the FA and the police.

"The police and the FA will investigate what has happened and what they decide, we will agree," Scolari told Sky Sports News.
