Eva Longoria Parker can't wait to start a family with her sports star husband Tony Parker - despite constantly having to deny media reports she is pregnant.

The Desperate Housewives star has repeatedly been at the centre of pregnancy rumours after she piled on the pounds for her role in the hit U.S. show.

Basketball star Parker was forced to make an official statement earlier this year (08), insisting his actress wife was not expecting their first child.

He added he would be proud to make the baby announcement to the press once it happens, telling reporters, "We don't wanna hide it. I don't know why people keep asking us."

And now, the actress hints that family plans may not be too far away - admitting she can't wait to have their own brood.

She tells Usweekly.com, "We can't wait to start a family. I'm so excited about that chapter in our lives and you'll know when it happens."
