Speaking of Cena, 12 Rounds pulled in $2,300,000 this past weekend at the box office, bringing the total gross to date up to $9,022,000 in North America according to BoxOfficeMojo.com. Obviously, it was a huge drop from opening weekend, which is to be expected. Plus, Fast And Furious opened this weekend as the number one movie in the country with over $72 million, and is targeted for the same action/adventure audience that the Cena movie is. It will be interesting to see how 12 Rounds fairs in weekend number three, when Dragonball: Evolution comes out and also takes a piece of the action/adventure movie pie.

By comparison, The Marine did $3,795,160 during its second weekend in theatres and was up to $12.6 million total at this point in it's run, which finished at $18.8 million in the U.S. and $22.1 million worldwide.
