I don't think you realize that TNA isn't in the rush the fans are. Jeff Jarrett has said he's trying to create stars not flash in the pan guys. Which makes sense since both Joe and AJ both have had ton of gold and aren't really seen as superstar wrestlers. If the plan was for AJ or Joe or Daniels(who's like five years younger then Foley) to win the belt anytime soon they would have done this storyline different from the start. Joe wouldn't have had a no rematch against Sting clause in his contract. AJ wouldn't would have failed at getting the belt against Sting in November and December(or wrestled him that soon in the FL vs MEM feud), and won the Legends title. Then Daniels would have been back alot sooner then two and half weeks ago. Guys don't go from playing jobber/comedy characters and back up Suicide to winning the World title 6 weeks later. Daniels getting the belt anytime soon isn't a realistic option. The MEM/FL storyline is still gonna go on, but TNA isn't anywere close to having the young guys get the belt yet. So getting the title out of the MEM/FL storyline will allow the FL to get some wins over the MEM without getting the ulimate goal of winning the title. I think a younger guy will get the belt towards the end of the year, but for now TNA is gonna have veterans run the show for a little while. Until they feel the young guys are ready for the belt and ready for a good reign as champion.Look at the end of the day we can keep going on and on abput this but the feud was between the Frontline and MEM not Foley and MEM. The entire point of this feud was lost the moment Foley decided to enter the ring. AJ and Joe had their shots Daniels cud hv had his at Sacrifice.
Huh? Are you trying to say Jarrett is the star Foley is? Do you realize when Foley was having those short runs when he beat the Rock and Stone Cold for the World title. Jeff Jarrett was a midcard wrestler, who wrestled tag matches and feuded with Chyna for the IC Belt? Jeff Jarrett wasn't even big enough to even wrestle Foley in the WWE. Foley was a face and Jarrett was a heel and they never even had a match in WWE, even though they were in the same company for two years. Jarrett was World Champion in a run down WCW that was about a year from going out of business and in his own company. Thats calling being a fish in a little pond. While Foley was a big fish in a big pond and thats why his "title runs have always sucked". You do realize that when Foley was at his peak, so were Stone Cold and the Rock? You also still had the Undertaker and Kane red hot at the time as well and a up and coming HHH with only one title belt. So if anything Foley should be respected for even getting the title at that time not the amount of days he had it. Plus even Stone Cold, Rock, Undertaker, Kane and HHH title reigns were very long then either. Jeff Jarrett is more in the league of a guy like Booker T, and not a Legend like Foley. If anything Double J shud hv been Champ but not Foley no way. His world title reigns have always sucked
