At a Comic-Con panel titled "The Next Generation of Marvel Video Games" today, Marvel announced at least one small bit of news about their future: Classic Marvel superheroes are coming to Little Big Planet as DLC, with three concept renders of Wolverine, Iron Man, and Captain America shown to the public (via Kotaku). Marvel didn't announce when these characters would be released, nor whether these three will be the only characters getting a LBP-style super-deformed makeover (really, no Spider-Man?). And also keep in mind that (as each image clearly states) these are still considered concept renders, meaning even these characters could change by the time the DLC is actually released. Whenever Marvel does get around to confirming these details, we'll pass them along. In the meanwhile, any other Marvel characters you'd want to see slapping each other around in user-generated levels?
