August is nearly upon us, and the lines have been drawn. With so many games being moved into 2010, the way is now open for titles like Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, which has now been confirmed for September.

Tecmo is pulling out all the usual stops for the enhanced port, among other things promising a GameStop-exclusive collector's edition that will include a special book containing a comic, strategy guide, art gallery and commentary from the producer. An exclusive downloadable costume will also be available for those who pre-order at GameStop.

PlayStation 3 owners can also look forward to a Team Missions online co-op mode, as well as playable versions of Rachel, Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword's Momiji, and Dead or Alive's Ayane. The latter can be seen in the video above.

As usual, the collector's edition will run $69.99, with the regular version being $59.99. Look for it on September 29.
