The crowd (another near capacity), was on the edge of their seats with excitement as kids and parents hit the merchandise tables and concession stand at the Dunellen Knights of Columbus when the leader in family-themed pro wrestling attractions, National Wrestling Superstars returned to action for the second night in a row.

With parking at a minimum, promoters decided to push the show back 15 minutes to allow the crowd to get to their seats, all the while people going up to the wrestlers at the tables and even greeting the special un-announced guest for the evening, former WWE star The Iron Sheik.

Once the opening theme started the fans were on their feet and ready for action.

    Match #1
    Match #1 Type – NWS 3 WAY NON-TITLE MATCH
Wrestler 1 – Jumping Joey Janela
    Wrestler 2 – Mikey Pacifica
    Wrestler 3 – Frightmare
Match Outcome – Frightmare pinned Janela

    SHOW INTERUPTION
Danny Demanto, Nicky Oceans and Jigelo Joe Jones interupted the start of the second match when Jones, the Verbal Assassin did a verbal assault on on Hardcore Bob Holly and Brooke Carter, Jones says what a mistake the NWS has made putting in an over the hill broken down Hard Core Holly in a match with Carter whose career is going to be over before it gets started. Oceans taunted the fans and Demanto warned Carter that they were going to be spending lots of time together when he and Oceans defeated her and Holly in the main event.

Match #2 Type – NWS HWT TITLE MATCH Time
Cory Havoc with his personal bodyguards Danny Demanto and Nicky defeated Big Chief Draven when Demanto jumped up on the ring apron to distract the referee when Draven had Havoc down for the pin.

Match # 3 Type - Tag Team Match

Neko the Monkey Man and his partner the Bachagaloop, The Human Banana Man accompanied by their manager Gumba Johnny Diamond tried once again to defeat the team from the Belgian Congo, The Nigerian Nightmares accompanied by accompanied by their Voodoo Princess Sheta their career Gigolo Joe Jones. As much as they tried, the Nigerian Nightmares were just too much for Neko and the Banana. After the match, the Jones called out the heels from the locker room who stomped the Banana Boy and Monkey Boy before Hardcore Holly came to the rescue

Match #4 Type – Tag Team Match
    J. D. Smoothie and Jack Spade took on the team of Romano Gulano and Too Hot Steve Scott. This match was personal for all the wrestlers involved as they had fought together and against each other many times over the past few months in tag team matches. Lots of high flying action with Smoothie taking the pin over Romano Gulano

Match #5 Main Type – Tag Team Time – 20 Min Ref -
Wrestler 1 Danny Demanto and Nicky Oceans with manager Gigolo Joe Jones took=2 0on the team of former WWE star Hardcore Bob Holly and his partner Brook Carter. Ring Announcer Johnny Falco reminded the fans as well as the 4 participants, in the ring the special stipulations are in effect; If Oceans and Demanto win then the Demanto gets Carter to make Whoopee, but if Holly and Carter win then Holly gets Oceans in the ring for five minutes in a HARD CORE ANYTHING GOES MATCH as a result of what happened in Flemington New Jersey on May 30. Demanto and Carter started and both Demanto and Oceans kept her to their side of the ring preventing her from tagging in Hardcore Holly. Somehow, after 14 minutes, Demanto, who was acting cocky all night toward Carter, messed up and was pinned by Brooke Carter giving Holly and Carter the win.

After the match, Oceans was screaming at Demanto as Holly tapped him on the shoulder, Ocean waved them off thinking it’s the ref; Holly tapped him a second time as this was happening the ref positioned himself in front of Oceans; Holly taps a third time, Ocean realizes its Holly and does the big gulp facial (he must have been studying Vinny Mac because the look was priceless), turn ed around and sees Holly and tries to run. Ref signals for the bell right into the street fight where Holly showed why he earned the nickname Hardcore as he tossed Oceans all over in and out of the ring, through tables and chopped him, much to the delight of the fans. Once back in the ring, Oceans made an effort by charging Holly, which only made things worse and Holly won the match with his Alabama Slam.
