    Exclamation Jeff Hardy Legal Update

    Jeff Hardy's probable cause hearing was pushed back to 1/27/10. I haven't heard details yet as to why the hearing was pushed back, but this is the second time it's happened.

    The hearing would have determined whether there was enough evidence regarding Hardy's drug-related arrest this past September to go on the grand jury. The grand jury would then make the determination as to whether the case should be prosecuted.
