Earlier today here on Wrestling-Radio.com, we reported that former WWE superstar Ludvig Borga has passed away at the age of 47.
The latest update we have received is that various media outlets in Finland are reporting that the body of Borga, whose real name is Tony Halme, had been found at his home, the location where his death reportedly occurred sometime last night. The police have ruled out foul play, and are also not revealing the time of death or cause of death at this time.
We have also learned that sometime in 2003, Borga was hospitalized after an incident at his apartment where he reportedly fired a pistol while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. As a result, he received a fine for an undisclosed amount and a suspended prison sentence.
In October of 2009, Borga was arrested after being pulled over by police, who determined that he was driving under the influence of illegal substances. Charges were still pending in this case until Borga's death last night.
