Dan Magness must keep the ball in the air at all times during his remarkable journey as he visits all Premier League grounds in the capital.

He set off from Craven Cottage at 8am and will finish at White Hart Lane, where he is scheduled to be introduced to the crowd at half-time in the Spurs v Fulham match.

Mr Magness recently juggled a ball in Covent Garden for 24 hours to become the Guinness World Keepy-Uppy Champion.

He is making his journey across London using an Alive & Kicking football. Alive & Kicking balls are made in Africa for donation to underprivileged children.

They are usually distributed in refugee camps, orphanages and schools across Africa to kids who have nothing to play with.

Balls can be donated online at aliveandkicking.org.uk.

Dan's world record attempt in London is the first leg of Spirit of Football's epic journey to the World Cup in South Africa.

The Alive & Kicking ball will be shepherded by the Spirit of Football team through Europe and Africa, where it will meet people along the way and be used in exhibition games.

Dan, a lifelong Liverpool fan, has been training for the past two months in snowy conditions.

He hopes his ball skills will earn him another world record, and will set the tone for the rest of the Alive & Kicking ball's World Cup journey.
