Default Trish Stratus Lands Lead Female Role In New Movie

The following press release about Trish Stratus was released today:

Lights, Camera, Action Movie - "Bail Enforcers" Now Shooting
Seven Time WWE Champion Trish Stratus to Play Female Lead

Toronto, ON (February 3, 2010) - Cameras are rolling on the feature film Bail Enforcers, an independent Canadian action film.

Bail Enforcers is about a team of down on their luck bounty hunters who run into trouble when they are confronted with a moral dilemma. A local mob boss wants the team to exchange a bail jumper for a million dollars.

Fitness icon and international television celebrity Trish Stratus, brings her world renowned fighting to the big screen as the lead female role - Jules Taylor. "I'm thrilled to be a part of a production that is 100% Canadian and I look forward to delivering some Stratusfaction!" said Stratus.

Other local celebrities in the movie include Boomer Phillips of MuchMusic Video On Trial fame.
The film is being directed by Toronto-based Patrick McBrearty, Owner/President, Green Destiny Films (GDF), and produced by Chad Archibald of Black Fawn Films. According to McBrearty, "Bail Enforcers is an indie action film that delivers fast paced, high energy fight sequences, plenty of gun fire, and a car chase or two."

The film boasts an all Canadian cast and crew. "I am confident that the strength of the storyline, cast, and crew will deliver a high quality and entertaining product," notes McBrearty. "There is a lot of local talent to be showcased. Even the score will feature local talent such as D-XP and Jet Set Satellite's Trevor Tuminski."
Bail Enforcers is being shot in and around Toronto. There is talk about potentially submitting a rough cut to the Toronto International Film Festival for consideration. Fans can expect to see the film released by the end of year.

Bail Enforcers is a Green Destiny Films production. GDF is a Canadian owned feature film production company, committed to the creation of quality, high concept feature films. We proudly associate our brand with professionalism in the development of feature films and towards excellence in the entertainment market. Under the GDF umbrella is Switchblade Studios which recently produced Psycho Ward. Visit www.bailenforcersmovie.com
