The rumor going around about RAW's new General Manager on Monday is that it will be former ECW personality & WWE developmental star Abraham Washington, of The Abraham Washington Show fame.

Anyway, HBK will stay off TV a while longer, JR's talent contract is up, & Trips won't GM while he's active.

HBK himself has said he'd be away, & it's said he's enjoying retirement.
JR himself has blogged his talent contract being up means he won't be used on-air.
Past GMs proved they'll use relatives, etc. of wrestlers, but not actives.
