    Yeah, Fedor should be lower than Cain, I think, and possibly Dos Santos.

    Yes and he hasn't fought anyone of note in years. Until Fedor goes to the UFC and manages to be at the top of the heavyweight division there, which I doubt he can do, he shouldn't be that high.

    he has not beaten a top 5 heavyweight yet

    There are no flukes in MMA. If you get beat, you get beat and Fedor got caught, showed he did have weaknesses, and was submitted. Would it happen again if they faced? Probably not, but like I said, there are no flukes in MMA.
