    Default Martha Hart vs. WWE Lawsuit Update!

    Attorneys for World Wrestling Entertainment and Vince and Linda McMahon personally all filed motions to dismiss the lawsuit brought against all three parties by Owen Hart's widow Martha today in the United States District Court of Connecticut.

    I'll have more on this shortly but Hart's attorneys have until 10/11 to respond to the motions.
