Throughout the years, CZW has prided itself in being a promotion where young wrestlers get their start in the hopes of making a name for themselves. Names like Alex Shelley, Charlie Haas, Sonjay Dutt, Chris Sabin, CM Punk, & Low Ki are just a sampling of those who have done battle in the Combat Zoneand have gone on to the big leagues. There are individuals on the current active roster who are eventually destined for greatness.

Current CZW World Junior Heavyweight Champion ADAM COLE has had what could be considered a golden year in CZW thus far. Cole is going on his 5th month as the reigning champion. Along the way, he has defeated names like Ryan Slater, Ruckus, Sonjay Dutt, & Sabian to retain the coveted championship. Cole was also featured on WWE Friday Night SmackDown! during the summer & has recently acquired the services of the lovely CZW Bombshell MIA YIM. To say that Cole has had a great 2010 would be an understatement, & he looks to continue his success well into the future.

But there is a danger to that continued success that should not be taken lightly. At the 11th anniversary show in February, CZW witnessed the debut of one of the most innovative stars to enter the Combat Zone this year; A.R. FOX. Though he's been in the Combat Zone for only a short time, Fox has managed to pick up victories against Aaron Arbo, Unbreakable Andy, Jonathan Gresham, Facade, & went on to win the Aerial Assault ladder match last month at Down With the Sickness, defeating 5 other men & cementing his status as the #1 Contender to Adam Cole's Jr. Heavyweight Championship.

While Adam Cole holds pinfall victories over former champions in the Combat Zone, A.R. Fox is an underdog who should not be taken lightly. On Saturday night, October 9th, CZW presents It's Always Bloody in Philadelphia. Two men will redefine gravity in what is certain to be an epic encounter for the CZW World Junior Heavyweight Championship. The only question is will this be a night for an underdog, or will Adam Cole continue to ride the gravy train?
