The report of Edge retiring contemplating retiring in two years is actually old news as he said during an interview with the Asheville Citizen-Times in June that his wrestling career was coming to an end. "That's part of the reason I bought up here," said Edge regarding a home in North Carolina. "We want to retire and listen to the wind in the trees, and we want to do it fairly soon. I may have two more years. With each injury, it's harder and harder to come back."
