Rey Mysterio is active for the SmackDown brand's live event tour of Europe, but has not been wrestling. An angle is taking place at live events where Mysterio comes out to face Alberto Del Rio in a match, but is then attacked. This subsequently leads to Kofi Kingston facing Del Rio.
Mysterio is suffering from an inner ear imbalance—which is causing him dizziness and nausea.
