I'll give him the benefit of the doubt but he's brought this sort of scrutiny on himself by having a history of drug abuse.

Guys, the bottom line is, he's somewhat famous. And rarely, RARELY, do anyone who's famous go to jail for a long period of time because of drugs. It's the truth. I wouldn't be surprised if he got a slap on the wrist or at most, 90 in jail in which he'll serve like a month at most.
Even more so seeing he's a new father and everything. His lawyers will make a bullshit story so thick that you'd almost believe that it was a different person who got arrested and not the person standing before the judge.
This is the kind of world we live in, where the rich and famous can do just about anything and get away with it. I mean, TNA execs are stupid, damn stupid, but if they were ever really worried that Jeff was going to do any real time, they'd never have given him the belt. Of course I could be over shadowing how retarded they really are, but I'm at least giving them the benefit of the doubt.
I hope the judge sends him away because he's guilty, no doubt about it. AND I hope that happens while he's TNA Champion, that should teach TNA a lesson for being so dumb to give their most prestigious title to a pothead/drunk loser.

^ :o They could have a Prison Yard Match for the title.
It's laughable that a bunch of marks can make all these comments but none of you know how enduring it is. And that's not even adding in the stress he has as being a new dad.

I know exactly how enduring it is...I have a family member who is a pro-wrestler! With that said, anyone whether it's a pro-athlete or anyone who does anything illegal, whether it be dealing or possessing drugs with intent to sell, dog fighting (Michael Vick), or whatever it may be...deserves jail time to the fullest extent, especially when they've already been given a second chance like in Jeff Hardy's case...just sayin!
