TMZ reported today that David Arquette checked himself into a rehabilitation facility during the holiday weekend.
Arquette, a former WCW Heavyweight Champion, was last seen on WWE television as the guest star of the 2010 WWE Slammy Awards on the 12/13 edition of Raw.
