JENNIFER Lopez still manages to get a good night’s sleep — despite having young twins.

The singer — who welcomed Max and Emme, her first kids with husband Marc Anthony, in February 2008 — says she’s managing to get enough rest because her kids are in such a stable routine.

“I still try and sleep for eight hours a night. The babies have been sleeping through the night for a long time so that hasn’t been so bad,” she said.

“But I carry on working after they go to sleep until midnight — sometimes later.”

Lopez then spoke about her earliest memories of adjusting to motherhood.

“Just how your time gets eaten up, it’s just so hard,” she replied when asked about how her life has changed.

“My sister has a baby who is six months younger than my babies — she’s a single mom and it’s brutal.”

Lopez recently revealed she doesn’t give advice to expectant mothers — because it would be “annoying”.

“Everybody gives you a lot of advice when you are pregnant, which I find a tiny bit annoying, so I’m not going to give any,” she said.

“But I did read What To Expect When You Are Expecting by Heidi Murkoff and Sharon Mazel. You can go day by day with that. It’s awesome.”
