As both a reminder and update, UFC President Dana White and "The Ultimate Fighter 17" coach Chael Sonnen are scheduled to appear on tonight's new edition of "Jim Rome: Live."

White's appearance was announced earlier this month but Sonnen has since been added to the lineup.

The one-hour program, currently in its first season, airs at 10 p.m. ET on Showtime.

In addition to UFC women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey, Rome has already hosted guests such as boxers Bernard Hopkins and Wladimir Klitschko, NBA stars Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant and Chris Paul, the NFL's Josh Cribbs, London Fletcher, Arian Foster and Aaron Rodgers and rapper Lil Wayne.

Rome is best known as a sports radio talk show host. "The Jim Rome Show" has been on air since 1996 and is currently available on more than 200 radio stations in the U.S. and Canada. Rome previously hosted "Jim Rome is Burning" on ESPN and "The Last Word with Jim Rome" on FOX Sports Net.

Both White and Sonnen have been frequent guests on Rome's previous shows, as well.

Showtime has served as the broadcast partner of Strikeforce since 2009. The former California-based promotion, which was purchased by UFC parent company Zuffa in 2011, airs its final event on the premium-cable network in January.

Showtime officials have expressed an interest in continued MMA broadcasts, but they have yet to reveal what promotion they will next target after failed attempts to partner with both Strikeforce and EliteXC.
