Default Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Update

Hulk Hogan finally got what he wanted in a Florida state court yesterday as a judge there granted his request for a temporary restraining order against Gawker.com, which forces them to take down their excerpt of the sex tape that he did with Heather Clem.

Hogan will continue with his claim that Gawker has violated his rights by posting the tape. The judge ordered that the video be pulled from all of Gawker's affiliates and all copies of the video are to be given to Hogan.

Hogan moved his original case from Federal Court, where he wasn't successful, to State Court.

No matter how many copies are out there, he's not getting them. That shit's on the internet now, he's screwed. Not that anyone wants to see his wrinkled old balls anyhow.

In a statement released on their website on Thursday evening, Gawker.com announced that while they are removing the video of the Hulk Hogan-Heather Clem sex tape, as they were ordered by a judge this week, they will not adhere to the entire ruling.
Gawker announced that they will not remove their recap of the tape, noting the report is covered under free speech and that they will defend that decision. They noted that the judge's language during the hearing made it clear only the tape was to be removed, but the language of the order listed all the articles.

Gawker also noted they are appealing the ruling requiring them to remove the video.
