Forza developer Turn10's Dan Greenawalt took the stage at Microsoft's E3 press briefing today to offer a live demonstration of Forza Motorsport 5 on Xbox One, and you can watch it below.

The demonstration detailed the game's new cloud-based 'Drivatar' AI system, which Greenwalt said will learn your play style, and can mimick your race craft in a sort of 'autopilot' mode.

Cars that you race against can be Drivatar representations of your friends and others online, and you can earn rewards for victories that your Drivatar accomplishes even when you're not playing.

In new PR materials released today, Microsoft calls Forza 5 "a cinematic automotive journey starring the world's greatest cars and tracks".

It adds, "Built from the ground up to take advantage of Xbox One and the vast power of the cloud, no game better delivers the wide-eyed thrill of racing."

Forza Motorsport 5 will run at 60 frames per second with a native resolution of 1080p on the new Xbox One, Turn10 recently confirmed, and will be available at launch.
