Miz asks John what his real issues with Daniel Bryan are.

Cena says that there is no underlying theme. The issue between him and Daniel Bryan is the WWE Championship. Daniel wants to be the champion and John is the champion. He picked Daniel because he deserves the opportunity and he will put up a hell of a fight on Sunday.

Miz tells Daniel that ‘Hell of a fight’ is code for you’re gonna lose in CenaSpeak. He says that Cena is trying to ride Daniel’s wave of popularity.

He tells John last week, Cena came out and he does what he does best. He made some explosive remarks to get them on their feet. Whether they were cheering him or booing him is a different subject.

When the red light was on, he grabbed the spotlight. Daniel says that is why he doesn’t watch television. He does not like the style over the substance. He does not like the people that are in for the glory and not for the wrestling. Daniel says that his shirt is a parody of John. Daniel says that he thinks that John Cena is a parody of wrestling.

Daniel says that he doesn’t want to be a parody. He wants to be WWE Champion for one reason and one reason only. It is not for the fame or the glory. It is so everyone knows that when he steps in the ring, there is nobody better than Daniel Bryan.

Cena says that he is out here for the same reason. He is out here for all of this. He says that he thought Daniel was smart enough to know this. The people chanting for Daniel are doing it because they believe in him.

Daniel hears that and when he hears that someone believes in you, it gives you emotion. All Daniel wants to do is put his body on the line to say that he believes in the people as much as the people believe in him. WWE is not about grabbing a spotlight. It is about the people choosing their favorite superstar and have moments with their favorite superstar.

John says that it is just a t-shirt. That is like saying the American flag is just a cloth. It is about the message that the shirt is about. John says that he has been in hostile environments and as long as he has people behind him, he will fight for them.

John says that Daniel has the gall to call him a parody because he does not like the way he acts or who he is. Daniel is not the first person to say this about him. Cena says that it has been going on for years. Daniel is not the first and he will not be the last. He reminds Daniel that he has busted his ass for 12 years. It is not for the people who don’t respect him. It is for the kid in the front row and his dad. It is for the Make-A-Wish kid he met with earlier today.

John says that Daniel is red hot right now and he will have critics. He should appreciate everything that he has accomplished. Daniel should know that John is proud of who he is and what he has become.

John says that he is a man who has spent the last 12 years wrestling around the world. He has been in the ring with the biggest names. John says that he has done it while holding the title. He wants Daniel to think of him as a parody. A man who is a t-shirt, wrist bands, a pair of cargo pants, and tennis shoes. He has beaten them all. He has beaten Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Batista, Randy Orton, and The Rock.

Daniel says that John is saying that these people are better than him.

John says that Daniel doesn’t belong in that class of people. Cena tells Daniel that respect is not given, it is earned. If Daniel wins on Sunday, then he will have earned John’s respect.

Daniel tells John that he just spelled it out that he does not respect John. He says that Cena is not treating this match like his matches with Shawn Michaels or the Rock. John has been champion 11 times. How could John understand the hunger and desire to hold that WWE Title just one time. For John Cena this is just another SummerSlam. For him, this is the biggest match of his life.

Daniel says that he learned a custom in Japan to fire someone up so they will bring everything to that fight. They take their hand and they slap the other person in the face as hard as they can. Daniel says that he wishes that he could do that to John right now, but he cannot. Daniel says that John is not a wrestler and John does not deserve it.

What Paul takes very personally is that the people took CM Punk away from him. Tonight, he takes their worship of their hero away from them. All he has heard for the last week is that it is a trap for CM Punk.

Paul is amazed that the people figured this out on their own. Paul says that it is a trap. This is a conspiracy. He didn’t come up with it himself. He had a co-conspirator. He wants everyone to see his best friend. He brings out BROCK LESNAR.

Before they lay out their plan, Paul has something for Brock. It is a BROCK LESNAR video package.

Paul says that now that we know it is a trap, it is time to talk about the trap. Paul says that he told Brock there was no way that Punk would fall for this, but Punk’s need to be worshipped will be the death of CM Punk. It is so insidious and pure evil, but so simplistic.
