400-pound cop arrested for posing as teen girl online, soliciting explicit photos from boys

In a report that we hope could only come out of Florida, an obese Bunell police sergeant, has allegedly been caught posing as a young girl on Facebook, asking teen males for photos of their penises in exchange for sexual favors.

Police say that 6-foot-3, 400-pound Michael Gerard Stavris II, 30, of Palm Coast, Florida, would pretend to be a young teen girl on Facebook, and would send an explicit photo of “herself” to underage boys she friended asking for photos of their penises, and in one case of the 14-year-old victim receiving oral sex, while in another of the victim ”jerking off,” according to the police report shown below.

The investigation into Starvis’ activities began in December 2013, and in addition to conducting interviews with witnesses, investigators got a warrant for Starvis’ fraudulent Facebook records account going back to November 2012.

According to the affidavit (also shown below), the account seems to have been created using the name of a real girl, without her permission. Starvis allegedly used it to troll young teen boys at her school for illicit photos. By the time the investigation began, Starvis had reportedly friended 30-40 underage males, and was promising oral sex for the photos.

Starvis was arrested on March 25, 2014 for two counts of Computer Pornography and Child Exploitation Prevention Act, and one count of criminal use of personal identification information, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. His bond is set at $125,000.
