WWE NXT trainer Robbie Brookside and Liverpool native joined William Regal on stage at Regal's one-man show in Liverpool last night after RAW. Brookside and Regal told stories to the fans in attendance.
Regal was asked about why he's not wrestling on WWE's current European tour. He said he doesn't mind not wrestling and will do whatever WWE wants him to do. Regal then revealed that he had level-three neck fusion surgery three months ago.
We noted back in early September that Regal was scheduled for WWE's TV tapings in California and was going to stay and scout talents at a Pro Wrestling Guerrilla event. Regal had to miss those tapings due to "health issues."

I really wish they would have given Regal the glory he deserves. A fucking title match at Wrestlemania
