CHIKARA will return to the 2300 (fka ECW) Arena in Philadelphia, PA this Sunday at 2 PM for a matinee prior to the WWE Royal Rumble in the same city (and literally, a five minute drive away). Announced for the show, which is titled "A New Start" and kicks off the promotion's 15th "Season" -
