Yoshinobu Kanemaru (39) announced that he going freelance from All Japan following the Korakuen Hall show on December 15.

This new follows Kotaro Suzuki announcing the same earlier this week. Kanemaru joined All Japan in the summer of 2013 with the promise of a new start away from NOAH. Kanemaru originally made his debut in All Japan back in 1996 before joining the late Mitsuharu Misawa with NOAH.

As for his future, Kanemaru stated that he wishes to broaden his career as a pro-wrestler by competing as freelance. That he is thinking in regards to his family and his career as well. This is no easy decision for him to make, but he believes that it is the best decision for him at this time. He wants the fans to know that anything that happens here on out is his complete responsibility, but he wishes to make the best of his decision. He thanked everyone for their support throughout the years and hopes that remains unchanging in the future.
