A big week for high-profile fight announcements got even bigger after Saturday’s UFC Fight Night: Hendricks vs. Thompson event on FOX Sports 1.

In addition to the CM Punk vs. Mickey Gall fight being confirmed, UFC also announced a pair of title fights for their UFC 197 pay-per-view in April.

Headlining the event on 4/23 will be the highly-anticipated rematch between Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier, as “Bones” Jones looks to win back the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship he never actually lost in the Octagon in a rematch against D.C.

Cormier lost to Jones in their first meeting in January of 2015, but ended up being the man who became the new champion after Jones was stripped of the title following a hit-and-run incident in New Mexico.

The co-main event at UFC 197 will also feature a five-round title fight, as UFC Flyweight Champion Demetrious Johnson defends against former Olympic gold medalist Henry Cejudo.

UFC 197 is scheduled for April 23, 2016 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
