We almost lost one of the greatest MMA fighters of all-time. Former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey revealed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Tuesday that she almost committed suicide following her devastating loss to Holly Holm at UFC 193.

“I was literally sitting there and thinking about killing myself and that exact second I’m like ‘I’m nothing, what do I do anymore and no one gives a s–t about me anymore without this.’

“To be honest, I looked up, and I saw my man Travis was standing up there, and I looked up at him, and I was like, I need to have his babies. I need to stay alive.”

Rousey is expected to return to the world famous Octagon later this year to fight the winner of Holly Holm – Miesha Tate at UFC 196.
