It looks like we may have seen the last of Chris Jericho for now. After coming up short against Dean Ambrose last night at Payback, Jericho tweeted a farewell message to the WWE Universe on Monday morning.

Jericho’s most recent WWE run kicked off on January 4th with his announcement that he’d be participating in the 2016 Royal Rumble. He went on to partner (and later feud) with AJ Styles before his short program with Dean Ambrose.
